One of the newest summer trends that is coming back in style is high-waisted bathing suits. This retro, vintage inspired look has been one of my favorites and I finally purchased a few just in time for beach season. I love that you can completely mix and match any bottom with a top, and that they are so versatile. You can pair a black high waisted bottom with a pattern top, vice versa or match them. It’s interesting to see how so many pieces of fashion come back in style, as this look was popular in the 50’s and 60’s.
My first two purchases of the high waisted bottoms include a plain black bottom that easily goes with endless top options, and a patterned bottom that also easily goes with any solid or patterned top. I also got two tops, one patterned and one plain that can be worn interchangeable amongst each other.
